Shipping policy
We take great care in delivering every product safely and on time. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.
1️⃣ Shipping Coverage
We currently offer PAN India delivery on all our jewellery and silver frame products.
International shipping is available only on prior request, subject to approval and additional charges.
2️⃣ Processing & Dispatch Time
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, it will be processed within 1–2 working days and dispatched within 4–6 working days.
In rare cases, delays may occur due to courier issues, natural calamities, strikes, or high festive demand. We request your understanding in such cases.
3️⃣ Packaging & Handling
All items are carefully checked, packed and sealed before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
We do not take responsibility for damage caused after the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
4️⃣ Tracking Details
Once dispatched, tracking information will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
Customers are responsible for tracking their parcel and ensuring availability at the time of delivery.
Repeated failed delivery attempts may lead to return-to-origin (RTO), and reshipping charges will apply.
5️⃣ Delay & Non-Delivery
We use trusted courier partners, but delivery times are approximate and may vary by location.
In case of non-delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at 📧 shrirajarajeshwarijewels@gmail.com.
We will coordinate with the courier, but no refunds will be made until the investigation is complete.
6️⃣ Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide the correct address, phone number, and pincode at the time of order.
We are not liable for lost parcels due to incorrect details or recipient unavailability.
7️⃣ Damaged or Tampered Parcels
If you receive a parcel that appears damaged, opened, or tampered, please do not accept it from the courier.
Kindly take unboxing video proof and contact us immediately. Claims without video proof will not be entertained.
8️⃣ International Orders (if applicable)
Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country’s customs regulations.
